We have been trusted by more than 100 companies which operate their activities in such sectors as: e-commerce, programming, industrial manufacturing, health care, pharmacy, rendering professional services, construction industry.
We apply modern technologies in our everyday work. This allows us to maintain mobility and flexibility – especially in these demanding times. We use the channels of electronic document transfer and meetings and negotiations by means of dedicated Internet applications. In this way, we want to maintain our high safety standards and data confidentiality, at the same time not limiting the possibility of supporting our Customers all over Poland.

Our business activity was started by three people. From the first months, we were settling companies on full accounting books. We worked on Enova 365.2010
In 2013, we entered into cooperation with E-Consulting (e-cons.cz) operating in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia.2013

We changed the location of our registered office. We moved from the office of 50 m2 to the premises covering 170 m2. Other 3 specialists joined our team.2018

Tomasz Kuban – a shareholder and the President of the Management Board. His professional career began in 1998 in the tax consulting department of Ernst & Young (today’s EY), where he worked until 2003. Then, he was employed with a large manufacturing company, firstly, as a Finance Controller, and then as a CFO.
In 2003, after passing the required examinations, he was entered into the list of tax advisors under the number of 09831.
Tomasz – apart from his knowledge of taxes – holds extensive competences and experience in the field of company finances management – from management accounting, through operation financing, to funds management. His competences were used in cooperation with many Customers and they brought about significant benefits for them.
Privately a fan of basketball and a connoisseur of wine and whisky. Loves to prepare sushi for friends and folks.

Magdalena Dudek – a shareholder and partner at OmniFin. Magdalena started her career in 1999 and she worked at each stage of a professional development in the bookkeeping field. The crowning of this development was a position of the chief accountant in one of larger pharmaceutical plants in Poland – Jelfa in Jelenia Góra.
Magdalena has had a chance to face practically all the possible challenges which an accountant is likely to encounter. She kept the accounting books of a joint stock company, she also worked for an international group subject to consolidation. Owing to her high competences and a rich and thorough experience, in any situation in which our Customers needed help – we were able to propose and implement a proper solution.
What Magdalena cares about the most is personal development, not only her own development but of other team members as well. She does her best to guarantee a good atmosphere at the Company.

She graduated from the University of Economics in Wrocław, the field of finances and accounting. She also supplemented and extended her knowledge at the same university by attending post-graduate studies within controlling and management accounting, and using MS Excel in controlling for the advanced, and taxes at Wrocław University. Simultaneously – since 2011, she has built up her experience and developed competences while working. She is experienced in audits, taxes, accounting, controlling – this variation enables her to face more efficiently many different cases which we encounter in our everyday work.
Jadwiga is interested mainly in the financial analysis of a company and preparing the management reporting systems for our Customers. Owing to her comprehensive knowledge in the various fields of finances, she is able to maximise the Customers’ benefits arising from their reporting systems.
For Jadwiga, it is important to extend her knowledge and competences all the time, and propose new ideas. In our work she often initiates new useful solutions for Customers and employees.
She likes travelling, going to the cinema, hiking in the mountains and deepening her knowledge.

She graduated from the University of Economics in Wrocław, the field of company management, and she completed post-graduate studies in banking and finances at the same university.
She started her professional career in 2001 in a manufacturing company employing about 100 people, where, for the first time, she came across with issues connected with personnel and payroll, and that was the beginning of her today’s career. Moreover, her professional path allowed her to acquire experience in such fields as structural funds settlement, banking, leasing as a financing form, enforcement proceedings.
